  • A very unassuming place in the Coronado district that delivered on taste and quality! We ordered the pork chill verde, hash browns, eggs, French toast and both hot and iced chai lattes. Wow. The eggs taste like they're from farm raised chickens, the biscuits were definitely made from scratch but not heavy, the hash browns were seasoned and cooked to perfection (not overly cooked outside and undercooked inside), the French toast with maple syrup and compote (strawberry/pineapple) was so good, thick slices but light, and the chai was packed with spices and full of flavor. We most certainly will be back for the good quality and the ambiance was pleasant as well. The only downside was their Apple Pay wasn't working. I like using it when I can. But that would not at all deter me from this place or highly recommending others patron the business with regularity.
