I was referred to Mark by another computer guy who is too busy with work on my MacBook Pro. Without wasting anytime, Mark isolated the problem and fixed it immediately. I was really impressed when he was fixing it he asked the other technician if they could see the problem. The way that he teaches his staff and guides them was very remarkable. Although it took practically him practically no time, he didn't charge me, which I thought honorable. Not everyone are in business to do service, but RAD is.
