  • So close to getting a 5, I paid for the whole enchilada! 79.99. They worked hard, I watched as cars came and went, then came and went... they worked for at least 2 and 1/2 hours. although I don't know what they did the first hour (over 3 and 1/2 hours total. I saw Hector clean and clean and clean, and clean! he did the trunk too (I think) I didn't check the work because I watched them for so long, there were a few things that I wiped down inside and out, no big deal, they got the deep dirt and grunge from my kids! I just thought almost 4 hours was far far too long! I do believe it might rain , and in Arizona I am happy to take the blame if it rains! as for the customer service, Mario greeted me with a smile, and was very personable, and Hector was the Manager of detailing. over all I don't think the car will that disgusting again LOL so I would absolutely go back. I have paid more for a worse job so why not! Happy to go back!
