  • Took my truck in for an oil change which went well enough. They showed me the air filter was dirty (vs just telling me) so I had them replace it. Everything seemed to go well... Until I got home and noticed grease and oil residue all around the door handle, the door arm rest and the center console. Their unconscientious attention to detail and disrespect of my vehicle will prevent me from coming back here. And it should prevent YOU from coming, too! UPDATE: 2 weeks later Mike, one of the guys in the office, called me to set it right. They gave me a full wash/wax/detail. My truck looks seriously great and they spent a lot of time on it (3 hours!). The manager, Ramon, greeted me when handing me my keys and apologized for the first mess, blamed it on human error (I get that - stuff happens) and asked me for another chance. After being treated this way, I'll probably give them one.
