  • Ive eaten here twice for dinner in the past year, and been very impressed with the food both times. Apps, entrees and desserts were all delicious, and the wine list is above average. I will say though, 5Church has somehow earned the reputation of "a place to be seen in Charlotte," and I think that attitude among the servers and other patrons may detract a bit from the restaurant overall. The servers take the "hipster" vibe just a bit too far, and I cannot find words to describe the outfits women wear to this place; honestly, it's ridiculous. If you are looking for good food uptown, you will find it here. Just be prepared to look past the "We wish we were in Manhattan or LA" vibe from everyone else in the building.
