Disappointing customer service. Both haircuts I've had here were two of the best. Jacob can cut with the best of them. I made an appointment a week ago to see him on Friday at 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 and the guy who cleans the shop and folds towels etc greets me. I let him know I have an appointment at 5:30 with Jacob and with a puzzled look he let me know that Jacob was out today. No apology for the inconvenience. The simple thing to do would have been to call all of Jacob's appointments for that day and let them know he isn't available and reschedule them. He says to have a seat and they'll get to me but it'll be a while. I was reluctant to sit down as there about 6 people sitting there waiting. After 3 walk ins came and were given haircuts before me, who had an appointment, I decided I'd had enough and walked out. My problem isn't the haircuts as they do a great job. Customer service however was really lost on the gentleman in the black smock.
