  • Have lived at Hanover for the past year and a half. Was looking for an apartment in Downtown Tempe that was close to the light rail, the ASU campus, and Mill Avenue. It is truly an urban oasis! Although you are living in the heart of Mill Avenue, it is pretty quiet and the neighbors are too. The staff makes sure the complex is well taken care of and they respond to the needs of the residents in a timely manner. You can find many residents studying on Sundays in the office spaces. I have lived in a one bedroom and then moved into a two bedroom for the remainder of my lease. The apartments are brand new, with great appliances and granite counter tops. The best thing about Hanover is the staff. Kenzie, a leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful in guiding us through the process of filling out paperwork and making sure all of our needs met. The manager Natalia is STELLAR! Natalia has a warm personality and great sense of humor. Chris in maintenance is THE BEST; she always smiles in the morning and says hello. She also is a hard worker and makes sure to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The only reason why I am leaving Hanover is because I bought a new home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
