  • I went through the drive thru today and when I got to my office my order was all wrong. I called and talked to the manager, Alex. I thought, "they won't do anything, they won't care", however Alex blew me away. Not only did he apologize, he offered to correct the order and DELIVER it to me AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! When it arrived, he'd added a Cinnabon as a bonus. Thank you, Alex. Thank you Schlotzsky's. In a world where there is a lot of focus on the negative, you gave a big POSITIVE to me today. Thank you!
