| - I've been meaning to post a review since last year when I brought my car there. It had been pretty nicely damaged in one of our monsoons with large hail pelting it and branch that had flown up and hit the front, sliding up over the hood and roof. I've had 3 other experiences with other shops- 2 in Tempe and one in Scottsdale (evidently people like to look down at their phones and rear-end me). What a NIGHT AND DAY experience between this repair shop and the others. The other shops had my cars forever and never updated me. Getting any response at all to my calls and inquiries was impossible with them, and they acted like I was inconveniencing them when I did finally get ahold of people there. Two out of three of those other shops, I had to bring the car back later, because they'd done shoddy jobs. TOTALLY OPPOSITE EXPERIENCE HERE.
With this shop, there was clear communication throughout the whole process. I was updated almost daily on progress. My car took longer than they or I expected, due to hold ups with my insurance company (not their fault, my insurance company stunk through this process). The manager, Jay, made sure I understood the process when I was confused on delays, and I was so thankful for real answers and real customer service. I also received a call shortly after from the office manager to survey my experience. I have to say, I also couldn't believe their patience with some of the customers when I was there. I watched people just scream at the front desk staff and they remained totally calm. One even tried to negotiate insurance fraud...c'mon people. I bet those are the bad reviews on here.
