  • What to say about this wells fargo branch.... starting off Its right off of Blue Diamond and 15 and it's fairly easy to get to right off the freeway if you know what you're doing and you don't go during peak business hours. I went in today to make a payment on my car and a customer service rep came up to me asking me about my finances while I was in line I respectfully decided to talk, he persisted... I tried to explain that to the gentleman but he still wanted to ask me questions about what was going on so I had to be even more forthright with him and explain that I'm not interested in getting any my banking done in line. Then he had the audacity to ask me if I had anything to do there that was important, listen I'm really not interested in having a discussion in line and even less for being ridiculed.... Once I got to tell her she was very helpful and understood what I was trying to do my gripe. I have noticed this new trend advance where they want to have customer service reps come up and talk to you in line and I can't say how unimpressed I am about this new tactic.
