  • Worse salon and customer service I have ever received! When I booked my appointment they asked for a credit card to hold the appointment. I now understand because I would have walked out and not paid for the crappy service. Had a trail Updo done for my wedding. Brought in a few pictures. The girl didn't know what she was doing, I was in her chair for over an hour and she couldn't get my hair close to any of the pictures. I told her not to worry about it leave my hair down and I would figure something out. (trying to be nice to the young girl) she walked me out and said it would be 100$!?!?! I left with nothing!!! No style nothing!?!? She said it was for her time but I shouldnt have to pay for something she didn't know how to do and wasted my time and hers!!! I asked for the managers email and wrote to her may times and didn't here anything back!!! Please please don't go here!!!!
