I have a broken water heater in my commercial office. I called one plumbing company and they gave me an estimate for over $4800 to replace the water heater because "it needed to be custom built", so I found the manufacturer of the current one and found a list of preferred installation contractors in Phoenix. Pruitt's was on their list. I called on Wednesday and explained my situation to the receptionist and gave the manufacturer's name, model number, and make of the current water heater. They told me they'd have someone call me back the next day.
On Monday, I called to see if they had an answer and after being placed on hold for a while, they told me that since they didn't know the capacity of the water heater, they couldn't help me. I reminded them that I had given them information on my initial call and the receptionist told me that since they didn't have that information they couldn't help me. I asked sarcastically if she wanted ME to call the manufacturer to get that information and she said "yes", but then stated that they don't work on commercial units. Huh?
Thank you for wasting all of my time.
