  • Had them last year and they did a decent job for my large lawn. They were not cheap but decent. Then January came. And they called. And called. And called. And called. Left me message after message about wanting to confirm my service for this year and verify that I was going to use them. I'm not joking when I say they called me at least 15 times. FIFTEEN. I never talked with them nor did I ever confirm that I wanted service. Then today I get a call from one of the lawn guys saying 'I'll be there tomorrow to do your first application'. Huh? So apparently they are like a jilted boyfriend who can't take no for an answer and then they pretend nothing is wrong and even though you never talk with them and you never say 'we're back together again' they show up at your doorstep for a date. So bottom line is their sales tactics are awful, they apparently don't even care whether you tell them you want their service and they think that no answer means 'come on over'. I called and cancelled but honestly I won't be surprised if they show up tomorrow. Would not recommend based on their sales tactics alone.
