I have an Enterprise business account through work for 9 years now. Most of the time I do receive great service when I travel across the U.S. But since I moved to Madison last year I have received less than average service about 40% of the time from this Enterprise on E Washington. Example, Last Friday several little things just fell short; When I called to reserve a pick up I was put on hold for 6 min and got disconnected, then I waited for an other 5 min to get through. They told me my pick up will be 20 min but it took them 40 min. When I arrived they don't have the size of the car I reserved and they try to get me to pay more for an upgrade. Of course I didn't pay. Then the car they gave me had its front bummer loose and inside smells like smoke . I had to demand a different car. These little things adds up to an other less than average service. Most of the time the staff at this branch are friendly and professional. I wish they would be more consistent with their overall service.
The manager did give me a free weekend rental to try to make up for my bad experience. I would take consistent good service than a free weekend rental anytime.
