I attended the Stevie Nicks concert last night at the Spectrum Center (formerly Time Warner Cable Arena). This arena really is nice and state-of-the-art. Entering the arena was very easy. The line through the metal detector was very short and quick. Once we got inside, our tickets were scanned very quickly. The staff were friendly.
We had floor seats for the show (AHH, I still can't believe it!). There were staff members / ushers at just about every turn. This made finding our seats a very painless process. I really appreciated how committed the staff were to making sure people went their their actual seats. I get a little annoyed when the process is poorly regulated and people end up creating a domino effect when they take someone else's seat.
We did concessions, which were crowded but to be expected. There were a variety of concessions served. We only went to the Bud Lite stand (gah, that's embarrassing). We waited in line for about 5 minutes and were greeted by very friendly staff members. I ordered a water and my fiance John ordered a Bud Lite, both were overprices but that's to be expected.
This was my second concert in the arena and both have been very enjoyable because of the excellent facility and friendly and helpful staff.
