I had 2 exams this week. Mammo and MRI. Had to wait a while for the MRI on Thursday (9/14/17) but that was OK, I am patient and understanding, unlike another patient there that evening. Like it is the fault of the people running the front desk!
My review/comment is about the service I received over the phone the next day, today.
I had been trying to reach someone in the billing department on the phone. All I got was loop after loop of phone menu options, no matter how many times I chose 0 for operator.
I finally just called scheduling. The woman who answered the phone was so nice, so understanding and she went out of her way to assist me, putting me on hold while she talked to "internal billing" multiple times and relayed information back and forth between us. I could not understand why they couldn't take my call directly but she was just patient, even though I knew she must have actual scheduling calls to answer. She never criticized her employer and was perfectly pleasant and kind.
Leona Sandoval, at Simon Med Arrowhead scheduling is a customer service champion. I am sure Simon Med values her as much as I did today!
