| - I wish I could give them 5 stars, or at least 4. We had a really poor mgmt team at our condo for many many years and their service deteriorated after time and they basically gave up on us. We looked around and hired TPT after the board met with a few other companies. They were really impressive right out of the gate. Jessica was our property manager and she was on fire, a real go-getter. She jumped through hoops to get a lot accomplished and did it in a relatively short amount of time. We were all really impressed with her. Unfortunately, she left a year ago, after only being our manager for 15 months. We were all shocked and then of course several things fell to the way side including our HOA loan, which we still never got, and also a landscaping overhaul that is just now getting underway a year later. After Jessica left, we were assigned a newbie named Mike who just couldn't make anything happen so they assigned Petra to be our manager. And although she is completely competent, was familiar with our property because she attended several board meetings to take notes when Jessica was our manager, some homeowners feel she is completely overloaded - in her defense, she has several other properties to manage, so this is an upper management failure. Which brings me to my next opinion. I can't help but wonder if upper management team, Damon and Corey, are difficult to work for because they should have done everything in their power to keep Jessica on board and hapy. I know our little community suffered greatly after she left, and after she seemed to be making great strides on our behalf, everything fizzled once she left. I'm not on the board anymore and haven't been for a year but if I was I would consider making a change, no offense to Petra who is just as nice as she can be and likely doing the best she can. But Damon and Corey really need to evaluate their clients' needs better and treat their employees better, just my opinion. They are the reasons I give TPT 2 stars.
