  • I bought my Ford Edge here and that experience was a disaster. Ever heard of under promise and over deliver? Well the reverse applies here. But that's a whole other review. These guys have the worst service and never respond to social media complaints. It's unfortunate because up until I took my Edge in for an oil change and a simple burnt reverse light bulb, service was ok. Long wait times I agree with the other reviews. I never told them I had a burnt light bulb becuase I wanted to see if they find the issue. Ironically, it was checked off on the form I received as being all good but was never changed. A simple $1.50 bulb! What else did they check-off as ok??? So much for trustworthy service! Take your vehicle somewhere else, ANYWHERE!
