  • If you feel like you're wandering about helplessly in the desert, looking for a capable and competent hair stylist, look no further than the amazing talents at Snapdragon Salon. I moved to the Valley a little over two and a half years ago, and sadly, had to leave my beloved hair stylist (psychic). I have wavy and very thick and voluminous hair, and it takes skill to thin and shape it. I anticipated it taking me a while to find the right fit, but never did I think it would take me a year and a half of horrible and frightening hacks, to finally find myself in the hands of the very talented Jenny. I had gone to three salons and my long hair was increasingly chopped and butchered into a poofy, mushroom-shaped bob-mullet hybrid. I came to the conclusion that no one here knew how to properly thin and shape my hair, and I was planning a trip back to NYC for a cut with my old stylist, until I met Jenny. Jenny was able to give me an amazing cut that works well work both wavy and straight. She took a frightening mop, and helped me grow out my hair, back into a manageable, beautiful and flattering haircut. Snapdragon is an amazing salon that provides a high level of service and care. I never feel like I'm being pressured into any treatment upgrades or having hair products pushed on me. The shampoo Jenny recommended to me has helped turn my unruly and coarse hair back into a smooth cascade of silk. I'm happy to say I found my hair psychic here in the Valley and no longer feel the need to hightail it back out east for a hair rescue.
