i join a bus tour with a travel agency to visit canada last year. the tour went to visit a mall in canada. some of the visiter went to this store to purchase their egg rolls. i was walking ahead and i was one of the first customer arrived at the store. i had the egg rolls in the past and taste delicious. i want to buy about 20 packs of egg rolls. however, the lady at the counter states only 10 packs is available. i seen a large quantity packs behind the counter and the workers are still making the fresh one. so, i asked her what about those. she states those are pre order by someone else. so, i end up purchased 10 packs for myself.
A visiter from my tour also want to purchase the egg rolls, the lady at the counter told her their isn't any more for her to purchase. they are sold out of egg rolls. so, the visiter asked the worker that she come far away and if she can sale her just one pack or let her buy just one singal egg rolls so she can taste it, the worker response saying no and with a rude and a bad attitude..........! remember, i mention that the workers is making the fresh one and they have many packs available made behind the couter. i was there and witness the whole conversion. it really bother me how the worker treat their customer. i read some of their review and customer are complaint about their bad and rude attitude service. now, i witness myself and "it's really true"
i think it's a family business and the lady at the counter possible is an owner. they got so much pre order and walk in business. they just don't care about their customer service !!!!!! but, that's wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! the egg rolls taste delicious but leave a bad horrible customer service taste in your mouth !!!!!!!!!!!!i don't think i will go back there anymore and i will give my business to someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!
