  • Worst most unfortunate experience ever! DO NOT BUY A GROUPON because she won't honor it. I purchased a Groupon for a full set as well as one for the fill, as they were both offered with not restrictions to buying both. I gave this Groupon as a gift for my daughter, we made our appointment and arrived on time- noon on a Friday. My daughter was called into the room the door was closed for one minute and then I was called back and informed by Rebecca that as of that morning she was no longer accepting Groupons as they are not paying her what they are supposed to and she cannot do lashes for free. I told her it is unprofessional for her not to call and advise us before we arrived she said no because she had a client. She said I can pay her cash and she will honor the Groupon price. I refused because Groupon will not refund me money- only Groupon bucks and I'll be out the almost $100 for both. Then she said she does not even honor two Groupons for the same customer which I informed her is ridiculous because Groupon let's you purchase them with no restrictions. She says she will call Groupon to get me my refund. When she does this I can very clearly hear the Groupon rep through her phone. She says to him she has a customer who cannot redden their voucher and wants a refund and gives them the voucher number. He asks "why do they want a refund" she stays dead silent, then says "thank you very much" he clearly says "no, I need to know why you are requesting the refund" she says "ok great" and hangs up. She then tells me ok they are processing the refund back to your account now!! I was shocked! I told her I could hear the man, she is a liar and I don't know what kind of scam she's running! She said she didn't need to tell them anything she already talked to Groupon this morning which I told her is exactly what she should have said to them, she said no because I knew you were going to start yelling like you are now. I informed her I would be writing reviews for her horrible service and needless to say I left with an extremely disappointed kid! Rebecca is a liar and extremely unprofessional. She still has her Groupon posted. Go to hot lash studio instead! Amazing service!
