  • The running joke with our family is with the drive thru the young girls always welcome you the same way every time "welcome to Bahama Buck's I'll be with you in just one minute" literally 3 minutes later it's "what can I get for you" never an apology for the lack of the word drive thru ?then you pull up and there are only 2 others in the store ? but at the same time we laugh every time because it never fails we always have the same experience (I have a few full punch cards)we keep coming back though ? no one else has the shaved ice so it is what it is and its employees are teenagers with no time clock in the drive thru like other places so there is no sense of urgency in service, that may be beneficial for customer service....Just a thought. As far as the product the shaved ice, well we clearly enjoy it because we are huge on service and keep going back lol ?
