  • The staff at this place is horrible. I came in Monday morning there were maybe me and two other customers in the store. I needed to get eye drops for cats which I could not find. I also could not find any available representative to help. I ended up going to the dog wellness section and they had them. I wanted to grab a cat laser toy which I could not find in the cat toy section I stopped a lady who worked there and asked as we were standing 5 feet from the cat toy section. She walked towards me and I asked if I could ask her a quick question. I asked if they had any cat laser toys. Without stopping to even look at me she pointed and said cat toys are over there (obviously I saw that they had a cat toy section as we were 5 feet away) and kept walking. So rude. I live pretty close and love to spoil my cat and two dogs so I spend quite a bit at pet stores but this place will not be getting another dime from me.
