  • I'm here for a seminar this week. They are extremely understaffed. Don't they know that the hotel books seminars downstairs? Maybe they could have enough staff for morning and lunch business? I've been stopping in a couple times a day and they are never ready for the fact that all of us come up for coffee on every break. The cupcakes and deserts look amazing but last night I had a chocolate cupcake and it was so less than mediocre.
