  • Staff just don't care. Future Shop is always a very hit and miss place. I wish I could say positives about Future Shop, but sadly my experience here has been the same as it is in other locations, I went in looking to pick up a video game only to find all of the staff either on their phones texting or talking to each other. After waiting nearly 10 minutes to see if someone would help me I started looking for an appropriate staff member, only to have them tell me the person who sells video games is sick today and I Should come back another day. It's a video game? I'm not asking for the world, a simple stock check would reveal if it's in stock and I could of been in and out in 2 minutes. Not very impressed, and will be using amazon from here on out.
