  • I go to Anytime Fitness at Chestnut Commons in Elyria because it is close to my home. Otherwise I wouldn't go there. Their membership fees are higher than every other gyms in region such as Planet Fitness. I am considering driving further to Planet Fitness. You get more for your buck. Major gripe is that Anytime Fitness has a cleanliness problem. Their showers are filthy and looks like they get cleaned once every few days. This is ridiculous for a 24-7 operation. One of the shower floors has ground in dirt and looks blacker than it does white. I would hate to have a microscope and see the bacteria hovering in there. Someone needs to go dump a gallon of bleach in there! I complained once and nothing has been done. The workers have no clue when it comes to billing issues and how their third party billing system works. So your on your own to deal with them. Canceling my membership and not looking forward to the challenge ahead in that.
