  • This is a nice spa and the girls that work in the back are awesome. My problem is with the girls at the front desk and booking appointments. At certain times of the day Oasis has specials on facials, massage etc. When I booked my appointment for a facial, I booked within the special time and I was just talking about the specials with the receptionist. So when I booked my appointment, in person, I believed I was being booked for the special priced facial. When I went to pay for my facial I was told that I owe $113.40. I asked why it wasn't the special price, and it's because I didn't specifically say that I wanted the special facial, even though I was just talking about it with the receptionist. Dirty dealings! Oasis has just lost a custom because of that. It's too bad because the estheticians are awesome.
