Please do not call this company, Leak Point located in Las Vegas, NV. I had a very bad experience with this company and it cost me thousands of dollars in expenses in repair and with my water bill.
Around Dec. 2016 i called Leak Point customer service to get info regarding the leak i had in my pool. I explained i had an infinity pool with floor cleaning device. The lady on the phone told me i must drain the entire pool and have Leak Point technician check the issue related to my pool. The technician told me it would cost $350 to check the leak and determine the location of the leak. I agreed to paid. He did some testing and he told me there is no leak whatsoever in the plumbing line. However, he refused to inspect the in-floor cleaner system due to his busy schedule. The technician called his boss and his boss told him that he must go to the other job. He collected $350 from me and provided me with the yellow receipt. There was no date written on the receipt. He told me that I had a structure leak (spider shape). I called another pool company to repair the structure leak which was very minor. Then i filled up the pool with water and found out that I'm still losing an inch of water a day. I called leak Point and explained my situation. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. he refused to come check out the pool and fix the problem. He hung up the phone on me.
I am in the process to file a complaint with the state board, BBB, Clark County, City of Las vegas business license department. I am also filing a lawsuit against the company.
