  • Only two because I actually love he location and the cleanliness. And Jermaine was absolutely awesome!!! Rewards member; I don't ask for a lot but when I pay 280 dollars for a room I expected to be accommodated. Made reservations for an HIGH FLOOR room and early check in. Floor was on a lower level (not s big deal) but called front desk to see if they have a dry cleaners and they told me it is right across the street and off site. They do same day service as long as it's before 9am. We needed a suite steamed and for tomorrow evening (NYE) and we drop it off at the front desk, knowingly it will be done at some point tomorrow evening. New Year's Eve around 7pm. We call to see if it's ready, they never ever sent it because the cleaners was closed. They also told us they had a onsite concierge to steam the suite. So we wait about two hours we call down to see if it's ready around 9pm and they basically couldn't find it. So we decided to just get it how it was and go out. Looking at the suite it HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED! So extremely disappointed with this place and being a frequent visitor to charlotte I will not be back to this Marriott.
