  • I bought a 2016 gmc yukon xl from autonation arrowhead chevrolet in may 2016 autonation chevrolet sent me pics of 2016 gmc yukon xl and they did not disclose that the windshield was cracked and front bumber was scraped and scratches. And was promised a detail car was dirty with food in there . My sales person was doug harris. And when the vehicle was shipped to me in California the bill of lading disclosed before it left from arizona to California that it had cracked windshield scraped front bumber scratches. And before transporter took car off the transporter i called and spoke to salesman doug harris and his manager . Salesmen and his manager said for me to give him estimates which I did to repair damages. They said they will let me know and it has been a month later. I have emails to prove . And the USB outlet is not working i am taking it to dealership in oxnard California. I do not like the way you treat your customers. If i can put a zero star I would.still waiting for my repairs to be done . Ron merino. Cc better business Bureau. Cc consumer affairs.
