  • Every interaction i had with this place was horrible, from calling the first time and immediately being put on hold for 10 minutes to finally hanging up trying again and finally speaking to someone to ask a simple question and receiving a snarky response. Once I arrived to the location the receptionist decided to make a personal call while she was helping me and didn't even say anything to me the whole time I was standing there, she finally wrapped up her call and gave me the paper I needed to retrieve my items from my car. Once I got to my car there was an employee at my car trying to start it up and once I look inside I see all my belongings are missing and the car has been completely cleaned out and when I asked what happened the only response I got was that the car had been at other locations prior to theirs. I mean why would the body shop take the time to vacuum my car out and make it look presentable before sending it to the auction yard??? By far one of the worst places to have your car sent to and they lie to your face about your items.
