  • We first used Belsito Plumbing when our home warranty company sent them out to handle a septic problem we had. Recently we found a water leak in the garage at a water heater circulation pump that was spraying water horizontally and eating into the drywall next to it. We called the warranty company and requested Belsito again but couldn't be guaranteed they'd get the call. We called Belsito directly who answered on the weekend and told us how to turn off the water and suggested we wait till the next morning so we didn't have to pay an emergency service call. They were here 8am the next day, it took about an hour to repair and when I called the warranty company and went through the prompts the cost of the repair was so little I didn't even need to speak to anyone for authorization; the automated message said send the bill in for reimbursement.
