  • My wife and I were shopping for a new washer/dryer to replace our 6 month old Maytag that was having an affair with the repairman and stopped in to Mesa TV & Appliance. Great experience from the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Louie. He answered all of the questions we had about the Speed Queen brand. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure to buy. A few days later, we purchased the set over the phone and set up delivery. The delivery men (Juan and Mike) did a great job of installing the items and explaining how they function. They are both very professional and polite. Louie even submitted the rebate for us. I will now buy all of my appliances from Mesa TV & appliances. Best experience we have had in a long time. They remember how to do customer service. thanks for the great experience.
