  • Took my precious 40yr+ Guild D-25 to Becks after it had been treated rather poorly by another repair facility: Rich made the instrument look, play and, most importantly, sound better than ever. Cost was quite reasonable considering the level of craftsmanship & attention to detail, communication was prompt, recommendations were spot on and the whole process completed in good time. I have know Rich for many years and he just keeps getting better with age. To those who would fault his 'bedside manner', get over it, the results speak for themselves.
