  • Dropped all tv services because outrageous pricing and using various internet web sites. I was told to just bring my boxes to a store and I would be given a receipt. I did and still waiting like last time. They checked the boxes in and because I want a receipt, I have to waste my time. I am also paying for their Gigabit plan and have never had more than 500m. Fake advertising. Cox is a very fraudulent company and would like to do business with an honest company.
