  • I bought several procedures for lipo. I was pleased w that. However I was talked into Venus freeze treatments for cellulite reduction appearance. The one thing the consult did not tell me was that this was a series of six treatments for you had to come every week for six weeks I could not fit that in my schedule first time I came they couldn't treat me it was too soon. Weird because THEY set the appointment. The next time time I came they told me I had to come six times could not fit that into my schedule ! I moved away to another state w no close sonabello. I called three times to get my $1000 back since I could not do the treatments. After having paid them thousands for other procedures.... no loyalty. The woman answering the phone ( I have her name btw) said "we will get you a refund I'll have a manager call you ". The third time I said "you've said that before". She said "I promise we will get you refunded the manager will call today or tomorrow at the latest" Each time promising a call within a day. No call no refund. I financed treatments so beware. Something happens they are evasive and I think very dishonest no loyalty to a good customer. You will be stuck paying a high finance fee and paying for something you didn't get.
