I've historically poo-pooed taking my car(s) to the dealership for maintenance, but having taken my two cars to this dealership on a regular basis, I'm absolutely sold. So sold, in fact, I will probably forever buy Nissan vehicles. I ALWAYS schedule my appointment online -- usually with Ian if he's available -- and I get right in and right out. For regular service, I've never waited more than an hour and 15 minutes. Tops. That aside, they couldn't possibly make it more comfortable for their customers while they wait. How could it get any better? Well, aside from adding a free chair massage and an open bar, it can't. So.. .until another dealership offers me perks like those, I'm sticking with AutoNation Nissan. You guys rock.
