  • The staff was pleasant but I was not pleased with the service. I had two suits I brought in to be tailored. The jackets ran big so I needed the chest, waist, and sleeves taken in for a more slim fit. Additionally, the pants were to be adjusted at the hem and waist. Long story short after two tries (I returned to the shop after the first attempt) the jacket and pants still fit big. Other than the sleeves, my wife could not acknowledge any work had been done. I thought I was clear on my return to the store but nothing was done to my satisfaction. I feel like I wasted my money.
