  • NATO's Plumbing, Sewer & Drain Service was hired by a construction company to reinstall my dishwasher which had been removed due to a hardwood floor installation. He also repaired some pipes that were broken during the demolition process. He missed one appointment and was late for the other two. Unfortunately when he was scheduled to reinstall my dishwasher he was highly stressed due to his schedule and totally ignored all warnings that he would need to protect my newly installed floors. He did connect my dishwasher but in his haste and with his argumentative attitude he scratched 10 newly installed boards. The scratches were so bad the boards need to be removed and replaced. With so many reputable plumbers in this town, why would anyone choose to work with someone who has total disregard for your property?
