  • Stay away from this worthless bunch of people, unless you like useful idiots? First the sales people there don't know squat about security systems and yet they are in the security installation business. They didn't want to take the time to figure out how my pre-wired home was wired, so they installed everything to work run off of wifi. After installing everything, the third party application they sold me was not operating properly and told me bcuz of all the wifi signals from my home and surrounding neighborhood that it wld make it impossible for it to work. So they tied us up on 3 year contract and we are stuck with a system that doesn't work properly. Bunch of clowns that are worthless. Sales person couldn't get his hands on our $$ fast enough, but could careless if anything was working properly or not! They promised they would contact local law enforcement to handle the licensing of our alarm system. They failed to do so, which resulted in us getting a fine when one of the alarms went off due to poor installations that resulted in the police being called out to our home at 2:30 am. They screwed around with us long enough that after 90 days, they said they no longer supported the system they installed. So stay away from this worthless company.
