  • I purchased a detail for my vehicle on groupon. I waited about 2 weeks for a call back and then the soonest they could schedule me was about a month out. They arrived an hour earlier than expected without a phone call to let me know this was going to happen. This did not appear to be a professional service at all and I questioned why I didn't do my due diligence in this instance. Two young men showed up in very casual street wear, in a small unlabeled vehicle. They introduced themselves but didn't have any identifying paraphernalia. They didn't state which company they worked for upon arrival either. They completed the job in an hour and 40 minutes, and so far it looks like they did a good job with the vehicle. I asked for business cards at the end and they didn't have those either. I won't be using the service again. For the money you pay for a mobile detail, you expect a certain level of professionalism, which this company doesn't seem to have.
