I paid 160$ for Jim Gaffigan on Saturday for my BF and I. He was great and I cant complain about the show. I am however complaining about the theater itself. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE with the worst employees! We got there right at 6:50 and the show started at 7. The line to just get into the parking lot was 20 min long- no one was standing outside directing traffic- just 2 people working the parking garage taking 15$ only in cash. Then we went downstairs to go in and the line was wrapped around the building - seriously hundreds of people outside waiting to get in until 7:30!!! With 2 people checking bags, 2 people body scanning, and 2 people checking tickets... NOT KIDDING 2 people checking tickets for hundreds of people post 7 pm! You would think that they would wait to start considering many people were waiting outside! But nope. We got in at 7:30 and got 2 nachos, 1 hot dog, 1 beer, and 2 waters- $42. Then we go upstairs to section 307 (which is so confusing to find because the sign only says 306 and an arrow pointing toward 307 although 307 and 306 is the same thing). We looked for an employee around us for 10 min to help us with seats because we couldnt see the seat numbers - it was so dark. We walked by the womens restroom to see if anyone was in there who could help and heard a lady laughing with someone for the entire time we were looking for an employee to help us. Finally this lady comes out and she said she was overheated and thats why she was in the bathroom and she helps us to our seats. there were people in our seats since they also though section 306 and 307 are the same thing! Then an hour later at 830 the show is over. We walk to the parking garage pissed that we paid 160$ for an hour and have to wait another hour in the parking garage because no genius could figure out how to get cars in for the 930 pm show while getting the cars out from the 7 pm show. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
