| - Price - Overall, great price for your money. They had a buy one night, get the other for 50% off promotion. Therefore, the price couldn't be beat.
Location - Right across the street from ASU campus and very near the Stadium. We had a pool view room. You could hear the noise from the pool but it's not that loud. Couldn't hear any noise from the street unless you opened the sliding door. Also, the A/C unit is loud enough to quiet any other noise. See below.
Staff - Very friendly
Clientele - All ages. Went in March and the place was steadily busy.
Extras - TV area, Wii, two desktop and printer for free use, bar that opens at 4 pm, Seattle's Best, gym.
Interior - Stylish, modern.
Cons -
1. A/C and heater unit is as other Yelpers noted VERY NOISY. It was stuffy so we had to run the fan at night. The A/C heater temperature gauge is on the wall. However, the actual unit is not via central air. It's an old fashion unit against a wall. Therefore, the bed closest to the unit gets blasted with air. So either freeze or heat to death.
2. Restroom door doesn't close all the way. At first, the restroom door looks pretty cool b/c it's on a roller for aesthetics. However, we realized after that the door closes but there's still a 1.5 inch gap so that you can see inside the restroom.
3. A friend of mine checked in a night early. They asked for his credit card just in case although mine was on file. When we checked out, they ended up charging both credit cards. His for 4 nights, mine for 3 nights. However, the staff was very accomodating and corrected the problem immediately.
I'd probably still stay here again. Again, the price was great for the location. I could live with the A/C noise.
