| - Just echoing what most have already said: easy check-in, option to skip counter even if the kiosk if you have reserved online and printed out all of your confirmations. Good service. Staff was actually helpful. I got a key-less car and I did not how to start the car and the staff was understanding, not rude or disdainful. Car I reserved was also upgraded since they ran out of the one that I reserved. So, instead of me having to wait for the reserved car to be available, they gave me a car that's already available.
Also, I left an item in the car upon returning it, and when I returned minutes later upon realizing it, the customer service already had it, and the staff that helped me and accompanied me was more than reassuring.
Only criticism would be the staff at the kiosk; Latino staff were helpful to the suburbanites (translation white) and European tourists, but he rushed and less than helpful to the other Latino or minority customers.
Not in a habit of giving 5-star review, but Alamo in Vegas is closed to it. I just hope that the good reviews won't get to their heads and start taking the reviews for granted and start slacking off with the way they run their business. Thus, am leaving that one star I didn't give for them to keep aiming for it.
