  • Starting this off by saying I've never been a "gym" person. The furthest I ran was to the fridge. All that changed after I participated in the '6 Week Challenge.' This place isn't just a gym, it's a community and a resource. Gaining healthy eating habits and learning how to be the best version of yourself, physically and mentally, are two of the many factors that got me hooked. The team of coaches are motivational, honest, and supportive. It isn't intimidating! Instead of adding to my anxiety, the classes, coaches, and other gym goers actually helped relieve it. I never thought I'd look forward to working out, let alone miss going to the gym. It's exciting to not only see your progress, but the progress of those around you. I can't say enough great things about this facility and the environment that has been created there!
