We waited about an hr before getting seated and we arrived at 1140, 10 minutes after they opened. We both got the kuro ramen which isn't on the menu but it's the roasted garlic one as well as the gyoza n pork belly n rice bowl. Whoa, I gotta say the broth was waaaaay too porky and thick for me. It was very fatty n had consistency of porridge. Yes the pork slices were soft and melted in your mouth but I just couldn't get over the porky soup taste. The broth wasn't hot neither, it was lukewarm. Which just made it more gross tasting. Gyoza was good and the pork belly with rice was too fatty. The green onion n ginger relish helped disguise the taste a little. Yes the food came out lightning fast and service was good but this place is just too oink oink for me. I much prefer Santouka
