  • This is my one stop shop for all my computer needs. Any time I have an issue I call and see what he recommends, he walks me thru the process slowly and checks to make sure I have it figured out. I have had every problem on 2 laptops... I ended up buying a refurbished 1 and have used it with out a problem for 3 years. My husbands was running very slow and not opening some programs. Sparky explained to me that he would have to replace the hard drive for optimum results, and that all of my files would be stored on the new hard drive in a specific folder. He walked me thru the whole set up when he was finished. I live about 50 miles away from the shop but his low prices and time spent with me Is totally worth the drive~! I am so excited I just purchased a slim and a refurbished laptop with all the bells and whistles for Christmas gifts! So much better then the hi prices and jerks at best buy~!
