  • It's convenient but that's about it. 5 times I've paid cash for the $9.99 wash and didn't get my penny back. Which I know it's just a penny but when I mention it to the guys they always roll their eyes. One younger blonde kid had such an attitude and said very sarcastically, "Oh let me go get your penny and I'll go close that lane so this won't happen to anyone else." Like mentioned in previous post the car wash doesn't really do a good job of getting the car clean and the rude staff doesn't help. I now drive miles out of my way just to go to a better car wash.
