  • I have been a loyal EWC client for two years. The last year or so, my Brazilians have left me with terrible in-growns. I've been told 20 different ways to treat them by 3 to 4 different, all including buying a new EWC product. Fast forward to today, I am in town for work and desperately need a wax. Hannah was professional, and mentioned that she was the regional trainer. She was a no bullshit, cut to the chase kind of girl. She finally gave me real answers and suggestions without trying to sell me a thing. My skin doesn't need more product, it needs more people like Hannah being up front and honest about what is right for me. I might just consider making the 2 1/2 hour drive from Raleigh every 4 weeks just to be able to see someone who knows what they are talking about. Long story short, I left completely hairless and with helpful knowledge of how to handle my skin.
