  • Absolutely the worst AT&T store around. Stevie was totally incompetent in transferring my 5c to a 6 plus phone and managed to loose all of my 3 years of texts, voice messages and photos. Very sloppy as I was sent away with no assistance in transferring my data to the new phone. Spent hours trying to restore my apps and data. Manager was basically useless and told me to go to the Apple Store and attempt to get my data from the I-cloud, if it still exists. Stay far away from this lousy store with lousy personnel.
